Bonnie Scanlon’s son Kyle (with dog Zeus) shows off his new Buddy Guy-signed guitar
We’re all about influencing the future here—whether it’s improving how your organization collects and tracks data with entellitrak or giving a music-loving kid a guitar signed by blues legend Buddy Guy.
While we didn’t set out to put a piece of music history in the hands of a teenager, we were certainly pleased when Bonnie Scanlon, assistant vice president of Hanover Technology Group, told us she planned to hand over her prize to her son.
Bonnie won the guitar at our popular BPM Blues Lounge at this year’s Gartner BPM Summit. If you were there, you know it was a great time with plenty of Beer, Barbecue and Blues. It was, without a doubt, a perfect way to kick back after a long day taking in all the great sessions at the summit.
Bonnie, whose company is in the insurance business, says the Gartner BPM Summit was a great place for her to learn about new technologies including entellitrak, our case management and Business Process Management (BPM) platform. The summit also was a great place for Bonnie to meet a lot of folks who were dealing with the same challenges her organization was facing.
“I came away with a head full of ideas,” Bonnie told me.
She also left with a pretty sweet souvenir—even if she decided to give it to her son.
